The first thing you’ll notice about Silver Default is the fact that its textures simply carry more detail than the vanilla textures do. Fortunately, the Silver Default resource pack enhances the game’s look by tremendous amount so it’s definitely worth trying out if you’re content with Minecraft’s core art style and simply want to elevate it a bit. First is the fact that the resolution is quite low and this is why the textures cannot carry that much detail in them and, alongside this, another flaw is that the textures have a fair bit of noise in them. However, there are certain flaws in the game’s vanilla resource pack that hold it back a little bit. ![]() Resource packs exist to make Minecraft look like a better game but no one can doubt the fact that, even without packs, the game is still quite nice to look at. Silver Default is a resource pack that simply aims to Minecraft look better without changing any of the things that actually define it. ![]()
